Realize Your Beauty® promotes positive body image
and eating disorder awareness by way of theatre arts

We strive to educate children and adolescents about the dangers of dieting and disordered eating. We encourage students to love themselves exactly as they are and to learn the warning signs of an eating disorder. To learn more about what we do, we encourage you to visit our "Learning Goals" page.

RYB is a not for profit corporation based in Harlem, NYC, with program offerings in New York and Colorado (check back soon for special announcements!). Our Colorado offices are located in Salida, CO.

Realize Your Beauty proudly works in connection with the Girl Scouts of Greater New York, Girls Inc., and NEDA (the National Eating Disorders Association).
"To see the joy of possibility in a young person's eyes once they understand that they are both not alone and perfectly perfect just the way they are, is priceless. Let Stacey and her passionate team at Realize Your Beauty help make that happen for the children in your community!"
- Emme, American plus-size model, social reformer and body image advocate.
